The Man of Steel Returns?
I almost shit myself until I realized this is fake. And by fake, I mean it's a half-baked idea thought up by people who aren't Bryan Singer or from Warner Bros. You know, I actually like Superman Returns. I like it more every time I watch it. I'd watch/buy this if they re-released it. Doesn't mean it's a good idea.

Shocking Update:
Apparently the above website has decided to add the 'Dump to it's list of "supporters." Let me just clarify my position on the subject, since "doesn't mean it's a good idea" wasn't clear enough. I really like Superman Returns and wouldn't mind having some more. But neither you nor I will get to see another Superman movie anytime in the near future because of the legal squabbles surrounding the character. If you think the solution to that shit-storm is to re-cut Returns and re-release it, you're an idiot. If you think that somehow Singer wasn't able to make precisely the movie he wanted the first time around, you're an idiot. If you think re-cutting the movie into a trailer and throwing in a couple of storyboard shots of Superman on Krypton is conclusive evidence that there's a "masterpiece" under there that deviates significantly from what you saw in the theater the first time around, you're an idiot. If you think getting Singer to re-cut and release a "director's" cut will get twenty bucks worth of money out of my bank account and into the pockets of the WB... well, at least you've got that going for you.
And while we're on the subject, I'd like to say fuck this "reboot" kick everybody seems to be on nowadays. And fuck remakes. And fuck George Lucas for shitting on Star Wars, Steven Spielberg for E.T. and IJATKOTCS, and J.J. Abrams, too. They just don't make them like they used to. And Avatar looks like shit. There, I said it.
